The development at Lynnwood Bridge is a mixed use precinct on the corner of Lynnwood Road and Daventry Road in Lynnwood, Pretoria, consisting of three phases and developed by Atterbury Property.

 

The development consists of three office buildings, a hotel, specialized retail, a theater and a public piazza.
