Sappi, being an environmental conscious company, required a landscape design that reflected their vision and mission statement.

 

Different indigenous biomes are exhibited in this development - each with its own water requirements. Harvested rain water is used for Irrigating the various landscape biomes.

A green roof leads visitors to the main entrance of the building with a linear water feature focal point providing a tranquil setting for visitors and occupants alike.
